What does that mean? It means that our educational system is having a hard time keeping up with the pace of change. Traditional schooling can only do so much. We don't blame the teachers, students or schools. In fact, we believe it is our responsibility to take on the challenge of filling the gap between the necessities of a traditional education and the modern demands of the real world.

We see our youth training events as a valuable supplement to the traditional educational curriculum in the schools. Our primary focus is that the students gain experience and learn skills that they can apply everyday, in the real world.
